How do I book you for an event?

Do you charge for appearances?

We are all volunteers and do not charge for our appearances. Donations, however, are strongly recommended to one of our preferred charities.

Do you perform at birthday parties or other private events?

Accepted Answer

No. Lucasfilm does not allow us to appear at private functions such as birthday parties or weddings. Event requests for these types of appearances will always be denied.

How far out are you booking/when are you available?

Accepted Answer

Our calendar is often booked a year out, please submit your event with as much lead time as possible for the best chance of getting an open booking.

We are all volunteers and most of us hold down day jobs. Thus, we do not typically book appearances during standard business days/hours (Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM). We have made exceptions for special circumstances, however, please keep this in mind when consulting your calendar for an event with our group.

Can I request specific characters for an event?

Characters are dependent on the availability of volunteers; therefore, we cannot promise nor guarantee specific characters can attend your event.
